Each client is offered a one to one consultation prior to their treatment allowing a safe space to talk and be heard. PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Massage during a pregnancy is not only beneficial to Mum to be but also the growing foetus. Research indicates that pregnancy massage over just a five week period leads to a shorter and better labour with few complications such as low birth weight or premature birth.
A nurturing treatment for Mum to be cocooned in a duvet and bump fully supported with pillows and using side lying where traditional massage positions are not possible or comfortable.

POST NATAL MASSAGE

Postpartum massage can be received as early as the day after a normal birth. For mothers who have undergone a C-section then permission must be gained from a healthcare professional and may not be possible until six weeks after birth.

Reflexology treatments can be carried out on clients hands or feet. For treatments on the feet the client will be reclined in a specialist Reflexology chair. The client remains clothed and is only required to remove shoes and socks.
