Hi, I'm Claire and thank you for visiting my webpage. A little about me… I’m a mum to two children and a Holistic Complementary Therapist. During my working life I have worked as a PA, working in HR and Finance for many corporate companies and later as a Finance Manager for a family business.
My interest in Holistic Therapies developed after discovering meditation and healing which led me along a new career path and to launch Holistic Hands of Taplow. I was fortunate to be trained by a great school, Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine, whose courses I continue to undertake, receive guidance from and be inspired by. I am currently undertaking an Aromatherapy ITEC course and hope to be able to offer this to clients during 2023.
I have always been the person that people approach for support and I am passionate about good mental health and helping those that I come across to achieve this. Supporting children with anxiety issues by introducing them to complementary therapies is one of the most rewarding aspects of my profession and to assist me in this I have recently completed a Self Harm and Suicide and Awareness Course.
I work on a freelance basis for Burnham Beeches Hotel having previously worked as a volunteer at the MS Centre in Wendover prior to COVID-19.
